Acceptable Use Policy
ENFORCEMENT POLICY
This policy applies to every Auxillo product. Use diagnostic and monitoring tools only for lawful, authorised purposes.
Auxillo is operated by Jaundre van Staden, trading as Auxillo, an individual trader (Empresário em Nome Individual), NIF 309215099, CAE 58290, 62202 and 63110. Address: Rua da Comporta 12, 2D, 8500-454 Portimão, Portugal.
1. Scope
This policy governs use of Auxillo-hosted services, accounts, infrastructure and support channels. Independent use and distribution of an open-source release remain governed by its licence and applicable law. Use only systems and data you own or are authorised to access.
2. Unlawful and harmful use
- Do not host, distribute or facilitate unlawful content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, terrorism, fraud or infringement of others’ rights.
- Do not conduct phishing, credential theft, malware distribution, unauthorised access, destructive attacks or denial of service.
- Do not use the service to harass, dox, threaten or incite violence against people.
- Do not bypass authentication, tenant boundaries, rate limits, billing controls or other access restrictions.
3. Email and campaigns
- Send marketing with Aux Mail only to recipients for whom you hold a lawful basis: their prior consent or, for your existing customers, the conditions of Article 13-A of Portuguese Law 41/2004 (or the equivalent law that applies to you). Record the consent evidence in Aux Mail.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk mail, use purchased or scraped lists, forge sender identity or ignore unsubscribe requests. Do not remove or hide the one-click unsubscribe in campaigns. Maintain suppression and bounce handling.
- Open and click tracking is off by default. Switch it on only for recipients who have consented to it.
- Ordinary Email Hosting is for business correspondence. Bulk or marketing sending must use a service intended and authorised for it, so that delivery reputation is not damaged for other customers.
4. Diagnostics and remote access
Aux Tools may be used for legitimate diagnostics, administration and authorised research. Run lookups, scans and monitors only against domains, IP addresses and systems you own or are authorised to test. Run breach checks only for your own email address or addresses at a domain you have verified. Use the email harvester only on domains you have verified as your own. Customers may use addresses found by the email harvester only to secure their own verified domain, never for marketing or unsolicited email. Do not use Aux Tools for abusive reconnaissance, collecting other people’s email addresses or service disruption. Aux Command connections, tunnels and protocol launchers require authority over the target systems and credentials. Research on Auxillo itself must follow the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
5. Hosting resources and AI workloads
Stay within your order’s resource limits. Do not degrade other customers through sustained resource exhaustion, open public proxies, abusive relaying or unauthorised resale. Cryptocurrency mining is prohibited on Auxillo-hosted resources. Customer-selected agents remain subject to access permissions, third-party terms and this policy.
Database and application workloads may not consume resources in a way that degrades other customers, including sustained saturation of shared network capacity. Do not use hosting storage as an open file host or content delivery network for third parties. Where you hold the encryption keys for your data, keep them safe: we cannot decrypt that data or recover a key we do not hold.
6. Enforcement and review
We assess reports using relevant evidence. Depending on severity, action may include a warning, a request to remedy, temporary restriction or termination. Immediate restriction may be necessary to stop harm, protect data or comply with a binding legal requirement. We will give reasons and an opportunity to respond where practicable and lawful.
Contact [email protected] to report abuse or request review of a restriction. Provide affected URLs, the issue and relevant evidence without redistributing illegal content. Refunds and other remedies are determined by the contract and mandatory law; a policy allegation does not automatically remove those rights.
