1. Our approach
We aim to make the website and browser applications usable with a keyboard, assistive technology and different screen sizes. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our design and review target. This statement is not a claim of independent certification or complete conformance.
2. Review performed
An internal prelaunch review on 7 October 2026 covered public website pages and discovered browser-application routes using automated accessibility checks, alongside selected desktop, mobile and keyboard checks. The work included navigation layering, control names, headings, contrast, narrow-screen overflow and reduced-motion behaviour.
Automated checks cover only part of accessibility. They do not establish that every task works with every screen reader or that every checkout, integration and complex application state has been tested.
3. Features and remaining limitations
The interfaces include visible control labels, keyboard navigation, focus styling and reduced-motion support in reviewed areas. Decorative globe animation has pause and static fallback behaviour. Product previews have descriptive alternative text.
Charts, browser terminal views, third-party payment screens, exported documents and newly added features can need further assistive-technology testing. Some illustrations cannot convey all visual information through an image alone. We will prioritise reported barriers according to their impact.
4. Report a barrier
Contact [email protected] with the page or product, what you were trying to do and, if helpful, your browser or assistive technology. We will investigate and discuss an accessible alternative where one is available. Please do not include passwords or sensitive customer data.
5. Review and applicable requirements
We update this statement as the products and evidence change. Applicable accessibility duties depend on the service and legal scope, including Portugal’s implementation of the European Accessibility Act where relevant. We do not treat an internal automated review as proof of legal compliance.
