Auxillo is operated by Jaundre van Staden, trading as Auxillo, an individual trader (Empresário em Nome Individual), NIF 309215099, CAE 58290, 62202 and 63110. Address: Rua da Comporta 12, 2D, 8500-454 Portimão, Portugal.
1. What AMI does
AMI is Auxillo’s AI assistant for product questions, troubleshooting and supported workflows. It is software, not a human support agent. The chat on the website and the AI features inside the Auxillo products have different permissions: the website chat sees only what you type into it.
2. Where AMI runs
- AMI runs only on hardware that Auxillo owns and operates: a GPU machine in Portugal, using AI models that run locally on that machine. AMI data therefore stays in the European Union.
- No external AI provider receives what you send to AMI. Auxillo does not use DeepSeek, OpenAI or any other cloud AI service for AMI.
- Your conversations and the content you send to AMI are not used to train AI models.
In Aux Tools you can choose to connect your own AI model or agent from the Professional plan. That is separate from AMI: the findings you send go to the provider you chose, under your own agreement with it. The chat panel is always AMI.
3. Information sent to AMI
| Source | What AMI receives | When |
|---|---|---|
| Website chat | The messages and files you send, and a chat session identifier. | When you start a chat on auxillo.tech. |
| Aux Tools AI analysis | The scan results you ask AMI to analyse. | Only when you use the AI analysis. |
| Aux Mail AI features | The mail content the feature works on. | Only when you use an AI feature in Aux Mail. |
| Auxillo account | Account events for operations: account identifier, event type (such as sign-up or plan change) and plan. No IP address and no content. | When the event happens. |
Do not send passwords, private keys or personal information that the question does not need. The legal bases for each source are in section 3 of the Privacy Policy. When AMI processes mail content or scan results that contain other people’s data, it does so as part of the service, as your processor under the Data Processing Agreement.
4. Storage, review and deletion
Website chat conversations are stored so the conversation can continue, for support and to investigate abuse, and are deleted after 90 days. Closing the browser tab does not delete them. AMI results in Aux Tools and Aux Mail are kept with the scan or mail they belong to. The Data Retention Schedule gives the periods.
Authorised Auxillo operators may look at a conversation only to answer a support request, fix a problem or investigate abuse. Deleting your Auxillo account deletes your AMI data. To delete a website chat without an account, write to [email protected] with the details you have, such as the date and time of the chat.
5. Accuracy and actions
Responses can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check product availability, prices and binding terms on the relevant product page or accepted order. Review commands before running them and keep a recovery copy before changes that affect data. AMI is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial or security advice.
AMI makes no decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. Some product workflows use automation; the permissions and confirmations of the relevant feature determine what can be done, and an ordinary chat reply is not proof that an action has been executed. Request human review through [email protected] if a result or account decision appears wrong.
6. Permitted use and requests
Use AMI lawfully and do not attempt to obtain another customer’s information, bypass access controls, generate abuse or disrupt the service. The AUP applies. Availability and usage limits depend on the product and account.
For privacy requests, contact [email protected] with the account or conversation details you have. For incorrect advice, contact support with the relevant message and product so it can be investigated.
